Don’t we all want to avoid failure? I know of no one who says, “I want to try this and I hope it fails.” But we all know failure is a possibility in anything and everything. Whether it is our relationships, raising our children, keeping our jobs, but just as importantly—making our dreams come true. We could decide to not get into serious relationships, have any children, not care about having a job, and never think about our dreams. But isn’t that failure in and of itself?

Can You Picture it?
|Can you picture it?
Is there something in your life that you want changed? Or is there a goal that you want to achieve? What is the most important thing to do in achieving it? (Other than reading my book coming out this month TimerOrganizer—shameless plug). You need to Picture It. You need to picture it with gratefulness, not hope; appreciation, not anxiety. If you can’t picture “it” this way, perhaps it is not your true desire. Maybe it is someone else’s or societies. If something is your true desire you feel at ease and excited.
Are You Prepared?

We all want it. We all think we are fairly good at it. And we all know we could be better at it.

This topic may not be what you might expect from TimerOrganizer, but in reality if you were to listen to most commencement speeches they teach you how to be a better person, reach your goals, and what to expect along the way. Which is what I hope that TimerOrganizer also does in my own humble way. I am no Naval Admiral or Editorial Chief or Celebrity who has stood the test of time. But, if I were I would say listen to these commencement speeches.
Some of them are funny and some are serious, some are short and some are long, some hit you in the gut and you completely relate to where you currently are and others are very far into the future of what you have yet to experience. You may have never gone to college or you may have graduated years or decades ago. But, I encourage you to listen to the commencement speeches that are out there, they have pearls of wisdom that you cannot get just anywhere and by people who have been there, done that and learned the hard way.
You may not agree with their political stance, but don’t let that deter you from listening to their wisdom!!
Checking Emails in the Morning Can Cause Chaos???

There may be something upsetting in your e-mails
Your e-mails should not dictate what you are doing for the day
You will get off track early in the day
People will expect you to look at your e-mails in the morning
Reading e-mails provide a false sense of accomplishment
To train yourself to have willpower

Organize Your Refrigerator to Save Money
If you want to save some money on your grocery bill, organize your refrigerator. How many times have you thrown food away because it has spoiled or bought something because you couldn’t find it in the fridge? It happens, but to some it happens often. They say the average family throws out almost $1,500 a year in food that has spoiled. That is a lot of money. How does organizing your fridge help?

Why Be Organized?
If you are already organized, you cannot imagine a life where you are not. If you are somewhat organized, you most likely imagine a world where you are completely organized, and lastly if you are rarely organized you may wonder what all the fuss is about.

Today April 22, 2014 we are celebrating Earth Day, but did you know this holiday has been around for decades? In fact 1970. To help bring awareness to the Earth’s environment, yes before many of us were even born (not me I’m a boomer baby), people have said to be concerned about the Earth. But, what have we done to help? Well to be more exact, what have you done to help?
